Kaila McNair is a Manager, Talent Acquisition for the Achievement Network (ANet) where she serves as a talent expert and trusted strategist on talent best practices grounded in equity and anti-racism. With 10 years of experience working in the field of education and nonprofit, she believes that education is catalyst for liberation and change.

Prior to joining ANet, Kaila worked for various charter schools in New York City where she was responsible for managing special projects, student recruitment and outreach, fundraising, process development and implementation, data management and analysis, event planning, social media expansion, organizational brand awareness and strategic recruitment. She also developed comprehensive talent strategies with targeted goals that supported the hiring of diverse team members across leadership, operations, and instruction.

In 2021, Kaila earned her Master of Public Administration from Baruch College of the City University of New York where she became familiar with common issues facing nonprofit and government agencies and learned to develop evidence-based recommendations and solutions to multifaceted organizational problems. She is passionate about project management and is committed to supporting nonprofits with social impact initiatives that lead to progressive outcomes for all.
